Please provide the record (and details/information therein) which relates to the most recent procurement of your ITSM (IT Service Management) solution. The records I’m seeking specifically relate to contract awards for IT Service Management solutions (most likely, your ICT/Dept team will know about this – as I would expect your finance dept). Equally, please can I request detail of the contract end date which I would anticipate you will have recorded within your procurement register (or similar). Along the same procurement record lines, please provide the record/s for contract award to whichever supplier is providing IT support and maintenance. If none, then I shall assume this is managed via internal teams. Should it assist you, other organisations I have contacted seeking the same information have passed the request to their respective ICT teams to answer. Please note, this is a research exercise to inform on the broad use of these systems and the variety chosen.
