All material prepared for and/or consulted by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Trade (including their senior staff and advisers) on whether services should be included in or excluded from the Occupied Territories Bill. This should include material prepared by the Irish government and civil service, as well as relevant documents submitted by external parties. It is reasonable to assume that any such material would have been drafted or submitted between 1 January 2024 and 14 August 2025.
