Information on the total cost of hosting the four Dáil by-elections in November 2019, with a full breakdown, to include (but not confined to): the cost of renting the count centres in each location, the cost of holding the ballots, the cost of hiring the polling centres, the cost of the counting process (i.e., staff costs), a breakdown of the costs payable (per hour) to count staff, polling centre staff, etc. I would like a breakdown by by-election in all cases.
