Under the FOI Act I am seeking information relating to “raw data from Covax from December 2021 to present showing vaccination status of lab confirmed Covid 19 cases, hospitalisations, ICU patients and deaths per week”. I have been sent to various different offices in the HSE and HPSC who have each indicated that it is the CMO Office in the Department of Health who holds the data.
