I seek a copy of all documents/correspondence (emails,memos/minutes, phone call notes etc) held by or for the NTMA in all formats concerning communications/meetings with Kilkenny county council officials (in both public and private capacity) in relation to The Kilkenny Central Access Scheme project in the city, all information/correspondence between the NTMA and Kilkenny county council and any other state bodies relating to ISIF and Kilkenny with particular emphasis on the St. Francis Abbey brewery quarter development (the former Smithwick’s/Diageo brewery site) etc. and all correspondence in particular with former Kilkenny county council manager,
