The amount of civil legal actions taken by male inmates at the institution commonly known as 'Midlands Prison', Portlaoise Prison Campus, Portlaoise, Co. Laois in relation to all matters to include human rights, dignity, health, medical, regime, housing (cell, landing), hygiene, inter alia, against the relevant Governor, Irish Prison Service and/or Minister since the inception of the Prison.
