Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking for your records of data-breach from May 2018 until 2020. I am researching "the impact of the introduction of the GDPR mandatory data breach regime in the civil service from 2018 to 2020". Under the GDPR, organisations must keep a record of its data breaches. Please, send me that record, so I can gather statistical data such as, how many breaches happened on each year, 2018- 2020?; How many were reported to the Data Protection Commission or not?; what are the most and least recurrent breaches, e.g. human error, technology; what are the leading causes of data breaches, among others. Also, please send me reports or documents that contain information, graphs, tables, findings about data breaches during that period.
