List of all developments to include the value of refunds, planning reference numbers, and commencement notice numbers for which the department has reimbursed local authorities under the scheme. 3. List of all developments to include the value of refunds, planning reference numbers, and commencement notice numbers for which applications are pending with the Department to reimburse local authorities under the scheme.
