1. any documentation regarding the disposal of material to the Murphy’s Rock site including the source, potential materials, toxins and volume dumped 2. any documentation concerning the treatment of this material during removal and disposal, for example grinding or sorting but not limited to this 3. Any documentation concerning testing or inspections carried out on this dump site - including bore testing, water table testing, river water testing, ecological testing but not limited to this Include ANY testing before dumping, after reporting and after mitigation steps 4. On Wednesday 17th Dec 2025 Ken O'Flynn TD raised a question (158-160) asking the Minister for Climate Energy and the Environment for further information regarding dumping on this site.
