The Schools PPP Bundle 5 was put out for tender in June 2013 with financial close reached in July 2016. Under the Capital Appraisal Guidelines and PPP Guidelines, part 8 requires the compilation of output specifications and Public Sector Benchmark (PSB), and part 10 requires a Tender Evaluation (including Value For Money Comparison).In relation to the Schools PPP Bundle 5 contract, which was subsequently tendered to the Inspired Spaces Consortium, can you provide the following; Compilation of Output Specifications and Public Sector Benchmark (PSB) for Schools PPP Bundle 5 Project, Tender Evaluation (including Value for Money Comparison) for Schools PPP Bundle 5, Costs thus far paid by the State for the Schools PPP Bundle 5, Expenditure and Commitments under Schools PPP Bundle 5 Contract from its commencement to the present time, including Service commencement, contract end, past and current expenditure, future commitments and projected total expenditure.
