Under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014, I wish to request access to any record which shows the total number of mobile phones used in Ireland (excluding phones used by staff routinely based in Northern Ireland) by your organisation at the end of 2024. I am seeking any single record, or the smallest number of records possible to provide the information sought - I am not seeking "any and all" such records. While the Act does not permit me to request the creation of a new record, if the creation of a new record which states "This organisation had XXX mobile phone on our accounts on 31 December, 2024" is the easiest way to satisfy my request, that would be acceptable to me.
