In the period of 01/01/2024 to 20/08/2025 1. Section 10 – Statement of Reasons Pursuant to Section 10 FOI Act 2014, please provide:  The reasons for the act of National Parks and Wildlife Service that adversely affected me (namely, the intervention preventing me from presenting at the above conference)  The findings on any material issues of fact made for the purposes of the act; and  The name and grade of the person who made the decision. 2. Request for Records Separately, under the FOI Act 2014, Request for copies of all records held by National Parks and Wildlife Service relating to an individual’s proposed participation in the International Basking Shark Conference, including but not limited to:  Internal and external correspondence (emails, letters, text/WhatsApp/Teams messages, memos, meeting notes/minutes, file notes) referring to the individual or their presentation;  Communications between National Parks and Wildlife Service and the Irish Basking Shark Group or any other parties regarding the individual’s invitation, participation, or removal as a presenter;  Any internal assessments, recommendations, or instructions made by National Parks and Wildlife Service staff in relation to the matter.
