I wish to request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 to discover the following records: (1) Since the introduction of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, records of number of FOI's that have been "refused" claiming that people have requested 'personal/private information', even though they have not ? (2) Since the introduction of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, records of number of FOI's that have been "refused" claiming that people have requested 'commercially sensitive information', even though they have not ? (3) Since the introduction of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, records of number of FOI's that have been "refused" claiming that the request is not in the public interest? (4) Since the introduction of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, records of number of FOI's where the Decision Maker offers to deal with the original query outside the FOI process, which would avoid the answer going on the public record? (5) Since the introduction of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, records of number of FOI's that have been "refused" and then after appeal, designated as successful or unsuccessful ? (6) Since the introduction of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, records of number of FOI's that have been "refused" and the monetary value attained there after, to the end of process of appeals ?
