​Because of court proceedings between K.C.K.C Construction Ltd, Templenoe, Cashel, Co. Tipperary who had undertaken to build a bedroom and wetroom for . The building work was not completed to the necessary standard as a result we had to pay for remedial works. We need the file from the Council as to when the contract was signed and payments and all paper work included in this file, as a matter of urgency.
