I request under the Freedom of information the following information with regard to the above Supreme Court Case [Fuller & ors -v- Minister for Agriculture Food and Forestry & anor] which the CPSU won:
• Has the Department of Agriculture repaid back to all the employees named in the court case, the monies deducted from their pay as result of strike action?
• If the Department has not refunded the monies deducted, can you advise the reasons why not?
• Has the Department refunded monies deducted from their pay as result of strike action to any other staff who were involved in CPSU official strike action at the same time as the members named in the Supreme Court case but who were not named in the above CPSU court claim against the Department? (Clarified as: all records created after 27/11/2013 in relating to: the Supreme Court case Fuller & ors -v- Minister for Agriculture Food and Forestry & anor and payment or non payment to the staff involved in the industrial action mentioned the above court case)
