Can you tell me how many inspections the department of agriculture carried out in 2017, 2018 , 2019 and 2020 on farms with single farm payment applications which availed of the nitrates derogation and submitted parcels of commonage and hill land to confirm those parcels of ground was 1 being grazed and in GAEC 2 had slurry or manure applied to it. Secondly can you tell me how many farmers with parcels of commonage or hill land in their single farm payment application who availed of the nitrates derogation were penalised for not either grazing or spreading slurry or manure on such land.
