Copies of all correspondence – to include emails, memos, letters, handwritten notes, etc – sent to HIQA by the Irish Nursing and Midwives Organisation and/or by representatives of the INMO referring to inappropriate use of trolleys in the Accident and Emergency Departments in HSE hospitals, and/or placing patients on trolleys in wards as a result of overcrowding in the A&E; sent at any time since January 2014.
