Requesting a file which includes a report compiled by planners subsequent to the granting of permission for planning ref. 13/498 & 14/301. This report highlighted the inaccurate measurements of properties contiguous to the new dwelling which was granted permission under the aforementioned planning numbers. The report confirms the date on which the errors were identified and the file also contains information n relation to what action the council took on foot of this report to ensure compliance with Section 23 of the regulations. This report was likely to have been comlied on foot of enforcement investigations 15/UO88 and/or 16/UO49. The particular file requested was also submitted by LCC to the Office of the Ombudsman in respect of Ombudsman case number L32/17/0099.
