Request for all records since 01/01/2001 relating to the downgrading of applications on the Defective Block Scheme where an original homeowner’s engineers’ recommendation has been downgraded to a lesser option. Also copies of emails, reports and meeting minutes between the reviewing engineer and the defective block review committee and also the reviewing engineer reports and recommendations.
