Under Freedom of Information legislation please provide me with the training material your staff use to respond to FOI requests. I am happy to take advice on how to amend the request if the volume of material is excessive. My particular interest is in the guidance they are given on assumption of openness and how they are instructed on how to apply exemptions. Not the background to the introduction of the Act
