Based on FOI 124-2023, Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking the release of all records relating to the purchase of Dowth Hall demesne now that the purchase process is complete and the land is in State ownership. This should include, but is not limited to, records of any briefing material, reports, a copy of the business case, cost-benefit analysis, sanction or approval documents, presentations and correspondence related to the purchase. I also request any letters, emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages, memos, notes, reports, draft reports and any other relevant records that were created, sent or received related to the purchase. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably in its original format.
