All records created by or in the possession of OGP as a result of, stemming from or in consideration of Freedom of Information Request, FOI/PO56/2019. The records should include, but are not limited to, any draft wording/ responses etc. proposed, emails, notes of meetings/ discussions concerning or mentioning the request, notifications of the request to individuals/ organisations (both internal and external), any hand written notes concerning/ mentioning the request (to include those written on other records or in the margins thereof etc.). All records held or created in relation to calls and/or mobile messages (including text, WhatsApp etc.) to or from OGP in relation to FOI/P056/2019 and/
