I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Acts for access to all documents within the Department of Health during the last 5 years concerning the regulation of sunbeds in Ireland and in particular: - Copies of all correspondence or submissions from third parties with the DoH advocating for controls on the sunbeds in Ireland. - Details of correspondence between the DoH and the HSE concerning the regulation of sunbeds. - Copies of correspondence between the DoH and the European Commission on the regulations of sunbeds. - Briefing material provided for the Minister for Health or the Minister of State for Health concerning the regulation of sunbeds. Just to confirm that I would be happy to go ahead with the request covering the past three years.
