I request the following records :Can you please provide me with the number of people who have been granted permission to bury a dead animal e.g horse, cow, sheep on lands other than a knackery in Ireland since the Fallen Animals legislation came into effect or have any been granted? If granted are what are the ground for granting the exemptions? If granted I am also looking for the reasons behind the decisions to offer them permission? If granted also have they been granted before or after the animal would have been buried?
