Under the 2014 FOI act I am requesting the following: Any correspondence from January 1 to present between barry o’Brien or anyone under his direct reports as per whodoeswhat and the department of social protection on the cost of the carers allowance. Any memos sent by Mr O’Brien or his direct reports to the sec gen or the minister or the ministers adviser in the same time frame on the same issue.
