1. Request for any reports submitted to the Minister by the Defective Blocks Grant Scheme “Implementation Steering Group” or any of its associated partners; 2. Request for any correspondence between the Minister / Department and the above Steering Group related to its terms of reference, any meetings held by it and any reports submitted by it. All documents in relation to the sub-group of the Defective Blocks Grant Scheme “Implementation Steering Committee”, including but not limited to: 1. Minutes of any meetings held by the sub-group; 2. Department of Housing correspondence related to the establishment of the sub- group – to the grade of principle officer within the Housing Department; 3. Correspondence with potential members invited to join the sub-group; 4. Any draft findings or guidelines arising from the work of the sub-group; 5. Any correspondence regarding the terms of reference issued by the department to the Steering Committee or its sub-group
