All documentation relating to the site of the former Mother and Baby Home Tuam between the Department of Justice, the Office of the State Pathologist and the Coroners Service and the Coroner for the area and all documentation relating to contact between the foregoing and the Department of An Taoiseach and the Department of Children and Youth Affairs, the Registrar General. And all employees, servants or agents of the foregoing to include all correspondence, memos, circulars, e-mails, whether sent by way of official e-mail accounts or not, records of phone calls and however stored whether in hard copy or otherwise, which relate to the Tuam site generally and the discovery of human remains there in particular and touching on any matter of public policy published or otherwise in respect of the Tuam site.
