Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

I would like to request, under Freedom of Information law, all of the correspondence between this Depart and the National Archives about any legal concerns - including data protection concerns - over access to records held by Government departments which the National Archives is hoping to add to the new national centre for research and remembrance I would also like my request to include any briefing notes, minutes of meetings and internal departmental records relating to same I would like my request to date back to January 2023 Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about my query I'm happy to limit it to a certain senior level of staff and above if it narrows the scope
