Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting access to the following records: Any and all records, correspondence, briefings, memos, reports, or internal discussions held by the OPW concerning the potential or confirmed purchase, lease, or acquisition of the Citywest Hotel (located in Saggart, Co. Dublin), from January 1, 2021, to the present date. Any contracts, agreements, or memorandums of understanding between the OPW and any other parties related to the acquisition, use, or ongoing negotiations regarding the Citywest Hotel. Details of any due diligence processes or assessments carried out by or on behalf of the OPW concerning the acquisition of the Citywest Hotel. All communications (emails, letters, or meeting notes) between the OPW and: The Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, The Department of Housing, The Department of Finance, Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration in relation to the Citywest Hotel. If any part of this request is likely to be refused under Section 15 or 37 of the Act, I would ask that you consider releasing any part of the documents that can be separated out under Section 18.
