Please accept the following as an application under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014. I am seeking the following records: 1. I am seeking records relating to all adverse possession cases successfully taken against OPW properties/lands. Specifically, I am seeking: - The locations and addresses of said properties. - The relevant Land Registry folios (where applicable). - The date adverse possession was granted. This should include any successful adverse possession case, whether this involved a court case or not. The time frame I am referring to is from 2000 to present.
