Under the FOI act 2014, I wish to request records relating to the following: - the number of internal general service assistant principle (AP) competitions run by the department from each of the years 2019-2024, and the length of time the panel was active for in each competition. - The number of successful AP applicants assigned to AP roles in the department from each internal panel created from 2019-2024. - The number of staff that were general service staff before being assigned to an AP role through internal competitions in each of the years from 2019-2024. - the number of staff that were diplomatic staff before being assigned to an AP role in an internal departmental AP competitions in each of the years 2019-2024 - records relating to advice, guidance and written procedures provided to DFA staff shortlisting or assessing written applications submitted to internal DFA AP completions in each of the years 2019-2024. - Records relating to advice, guidance and written procedures provided to DFA staff assessing general service internal AP interviews in each of the years 2019-2024.
