All records created or held by the Communications and Media Manager (and/or any members of the Communications and Press Office team) relating to their handling or responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests during the period 1 January 2023 to 9 October 2025. This includes, but is not limited to: * Any correspondence (emails, memos, or notes) between the Communications and Media Manager (or their staff) and members of the public, journalists, or internal Department staff relating to FOI requests where the person making the request was directed toward a media or press article (e.g., tabloid or broadsheet newspapers) instead of being processed under FOI. * Any internal communications or instructions concerning how to handle FOI requests submitted by members of the public that touch on media relations, publicity, or journalists.
