Request relates to correspondence between the TU Dublin President’s office and the Harbin Institute of Technology, China relating to establishing collaborations either in Ireland or overseas from September 2020 and January 2022. Also correspondence was sought between the VP of Partnerships of TU Dublin and HIT from September 2020 to January 2021.
