I wish to make a request - under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 in relation to the following to cover the period 1 August 2022 to Present: In particular, I wish to request the following: Total number of complaints received from the public with concerns to the heavy traffic in Dublin city. Total number or if any actions taken for an outcome as a solution to the traffic concerns raised. Minutes of meetings and/or correspondence (to include attachments) with the national transport authority, transport authorities, NTA and/or representatives in relation to the findings or/and recommendations of the traffic reports. Copies of any briefing documents/papers prepared for Ministers or Junior Ministers in the department in relation to the steps taken to reduce traffic in the city Records should include internal correspondence and that with the traffic organization; minutes of any meetings held; briefing documents prepared; and any other records created by the Department *In all the above, please exclude all correspondence in relation to the setting up or organizing of physical or virtual meetings.
