Details of correspondence, research, investigations, or any other form of communications carried out by the City Council which verified and led to the sending of the statement hereunder to an Bord Pleanala on 15/07/2015 (an Bord Pleanala ref no. PL.205020) (Planning Authority Ref. No. 14/292)concluding that: "In relation to the majority of the appellants grounds of appeal these relate to issues of ownership, rights of way etc. In this regard, it is pointed out that matters pertaining to title of property, including rights of way are not for the Planning Authority and an Bord Pleanala to determine. The parties involved can have recourse to the courts to settle such questions" And, what written authority does the Planning Authority have to advise an Bord Pleanala on what it should determine.
