I am writing to request the release of information under the Freedom of Information Act relating to the construction of a building for the Defence Forces on Irish Prison Service land beside the Irish Prison Service Training College on the Dublin Road in Portlaoise. Please provide documentation which outlines the OPW's requirements for the building as outlined to the successful tender the Flynn Group.
