Request Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request access to records held by the Department relating to the allocation and accounting treatment of National Lottery (Good Causes) funding in respect of the Arts Council (An Chomhairle Ealaíon). Specifically, for each year from 2010 to 2026 (inclusive), I request records showing: 1. The nominal euro amount of National Lottery (Good Causes) funding applied to: o Vote 33 (or predecessor Votes), o Subhead B.9 (or earlier equivalent) – An Chomhairle Ealaíon. 2. For each year, confirmation of whether the National Lottery funding applied to that subhead was: o Current expenditure, o Capital expenditure, o Or a combination of both, including the euro amount attributable to each category. 3. The accounting basis or methodology used by the Department to attribute National Lottery funding to Vote subheads (e.g. apportionment rules, capital-only treatment, licence transaction treatment, or other internal classifications). This request includes, but is not limited to: • internal schedules, apportionment tables, working papers, briefing notes, accounting notes, or correspondence used to determine or record the allocation of National Lottery funds to the Arts Council subhead If the Department does not hold a single consolidated table setting out the above information, I request access to any records from which the requested information can be reasonably derived, including partial-year data, draft schedules, or internal calculation Format I am happy to receive the records electronically.
