If so who was the person? b. What date did they complain 3. How did you identify my father’s name with the property as I am the registered owner? 4. Why was I not contacted to state the date and time you wanted to visit my property? 5. How many times did you access my property? 6. What date and time did you access my property? 7. What date and time did you leave my property? 8. What are the names and titles of all members that visited my property? 9. Whose authority sanctioned it? Please outline why I was not contacted with permission to access my property? 10. What are the procedures in visiting properties that warrant investigation? Were these steps followed in this case? Regards the contents of your letter: “Unauthorised widening of an existing access to the N17 a national primary route in an area where the maximum speed limit applies” By how much have I widened it according to your engineers? What width is considered a safe entrance for a domestic property on a primary route?
