1) In relation to the list below of training events/conferences/meetings, attended by Cllr Padraig Conneely, I am seeking: Copies of the Travel and Subsistence Claim forms. Copies of any accompanying receipts submitted in support of the Travel and Subsistence Claims forms. [Please note: the list of events above is taken from the published registers of expenses, by Galway City Council.] 2) According to section 141(1A) of the Local Government Act: A member of a local authority who is elected, appointed or nominated by that authority to another body in accordance with subsection (1), shall, within 15 working days of the end of each 3 monthly period to 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year notify the local authority concerned of all attendances by the member at meetings of the body concerned and any payments made by or on behalf of that body (including details of distances travelled where payments are in respect of the use of a private vehicle) to the member during the period. I am seeking notifications/quarterly reports made under this section by/on behalf of Cllr Conneely in, relating to payments/distances travelled, pertaining to outside body meetings/events, (in other words, relating to meetings held in those specific quarters.) [Please note: I include any instances where outside bodies sent notifications on behalf of the Councillor in question, pertaining to the Quarters listed.] The period I am referring to is from Q2 2014 – Q4 2019.
