The records I am seeking relate to the rate of spending in the health sector in 2024 which at the end of June was €1.1billion ahead of profile. I am seeking correspondence relating to both over-spending in the first six months and any correspondence about the negotiation of the €1.5 billion additional funding announced as part of the Government’s summer economic statement this week and the €1.2 in additional funding announced for 2025.
