Who is legally responsible for the tenants behaviour in a named house in Louth. Can you send me a copy of your contract with the Dublin Simon please.Also can I request in writing do people on Drugs etc have to be in recovery or not before being put into a house or do the Residents just have to live with drug users beside them.
