Copies of all records maintained by you in relation to the design, construction and maintenance of the roundabout at above location and the associated pedestrian crossing/walkways. In addition to copy designs we would be obliged for copies of all risk assessments. We would be obliged to you for copies of all reports of accidents involving pedestrians crossing the road at this location.
