am applying under the Freedom of Information Legislation for all correspondence between Ms. Katie Morrisroe and Ms. Rosemary Collier concerning the Business case submitted to DPER to purchase the lands at Castletown House Celbridge. This business case specifically states. "None of the existing pedestrian entrances are suitable for vehicular access" "The Celbridge gate entrance was once used for vehicle access, but would NOT be appropriate now" Please provide under FOI how this fact has changed? How is a pedestrian entrance now deemed appropriate for vehicles? This business case was submitted and approved by the above OPW
