A copy of any written correspondence between Deputy Kenny/Department of An Taoiseach and the Attorney General seeking legal advice on whether the alleged granting of an IPPC licence by the EPA to certain industries in a “reckless manner on behalf of the Irish State” may constitute criminal damage under the 1991 Criminal Damage Act following the publication of the 2011 European Environmental Agency report completed by Professor Jaculine McGlade. A copy of any legal advice sought by Deputy Kenny/Department of An Taoiseach in relation to whether the Government could take action to recoup the estimated €1 billion pollution costs caused by seven industries in Ireland as outlined in the 2011 European Environmental Agency report completed by Professor Jaculine McGlade. A copy of minutes of any meeting between Deputy Kenny/Department of An Taoiseach and the Department of the Environment or the EPA in relation to these issues during 2014.
