1.All records and correspondence held by the Department relating to information transmitted to the Department by the Workplace Relations Commission under the Working Arrangements regarding Maximum Hours and Rest Breaks for Crew covered by the Atypical Worker Scheme agreed between the Department and the Workplace Relations Commission since 3 April 20192. All records and correspondence held by the Department relating to the preliminary assessments by the Department of information transmitted to it by the Workplace Relations Commission under the Working Arrangements regarding Maximum Hours and Rest Breaks for Crew covered by the Atypical Worker Scheme agreed between the Department and the Workplace Relations Commission since 3 April 2019.3. All records and correspondence held by the Department relating to inspections of Irish-flagged fishing vessels on foot of information transmitted to the Department by the Workplace Relations Commission under the Working Arrangements regarding Maximum Hours and Rest Breaks for Crew covered by the Atypical Worker Scheme agreed between the Department and the Workplace Relations Commission since 3 April 2019.4. All records and correspondence held by the Department relating to prosecutions initiated by the Department on foot of information transmitted to it by the Workplace Relations Commission under the Working Arrangements regarding Maximum Hours and Rest Breaks for Crew covered by the Atypical Worker Scheme agreed between the Department and the Workplace Relations Commission since 3 April 2019.
