Please can you respond to the following questions regarding the procurement of your IT software licensing agreement? 1. Can you confirm what year you moved to O365. 2. If you have answered question 1, can you please advise of the partner/reseller/entity/team you used to negotiate the move to O365. 3. Are you currently using, or have you ever used the “FromSA” product SKU in your Microsoft Office 365 software licensing agreement? 4. Do you have an overarching agreement or Memorandum of Understanding with Microsoft? 5. If yes to question 4, please can you supply the name and copy of the agreement or Memorandum of Understanding. 6. Did you “relinquish/trade-in/levy up/buy back/upgrade/ transition (or any other terms including, but not limited to, the terms provided for your perpetual licences to be retained) the ownership of your prior perpetual licences to obtain discounts from Microsoft for subscription licences?
