For each of the years 2013, 2014, 2015 and for the first two weeks of 2016: (1) the total amount of money spent by the Department on hiring photographers or obtaining photography; (2) a detailed list of the events/media engagements at which an external photographer was engaged by the Department, including the contract price, a description of the event and a record of which, if any, Minister attended; (3) the total amount of money spent by the Department on makeup, hair styling, other beauty products and the hiring of any supplier of these services; and (4) a detailed list of the events /media engagements for which makeup, hair styling or other beauty industry service was engaged by the department, including the contract price, a description of the event and a record of which, if any, Minister or department official utilised the service.
