1) The amount that National Treasury Management Agency spent on flights and hotel accommodation for work related business in the years 2015 and to-date in 2016 2) If any official up and including the CEO of NTMA ever requested that class of flights be upgraded to either business or first class; if so the reason why the upgrade request was sought; If the upgrade request was approved or refused 3) If any official up and including the CEO of NTMA ever requested that their hotel accommodation be upgraded; if so the reason why the upgrade request was sought; if so if the upgrade request was approved or refused 4) If any official of NTMA including the CEO ever request that any family member be allowed travel within the official for any part of the trip abroad; if so did the NTMA have any objections to same; please exclude any information if a family member accompanied any NTMA official and they paid for the trip on their own funds 5) The steps National Treasury Management Agency take to ensure any public funds incurred on overseas travel are best value for the taxpayer 6) If NTMA put on a public tender for travel agents to provide travel service for NTMA officials to travel abroad for work related business; if so the names of the travel agents that currently have a contract with NTMA; when the contract with each travel agent are due to expiry
