I request records on what if any software system your various departments use to track cases/representations logged by counsellors. If there is a central cast tracing system I would like the name of that system. Case tracking software can come in many forms and I am looking to find out which departments have case tracking systems and which do not. If they don't, a brief description of how they track cases would help
