Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - an anonymised list of all people who retired from public service or public office in the period 2020 to 2024 who were entitled to a lump sum in excess of €160,000, to include an identifier (e.g. A, B, C), the lump sum amount, and the annual pension entitlement. A request of this nature is allowed for under Section 17(4) of the FOI Act when a public body can easily gather available data into a single record.
